This Service Policy outlines the standards Urban Next Development commits to on every project. Detailed, project-specific terms are set out in your signed construction agreement.
We provide end-to-end residential and commercial construction — architecture and 3D design, structural engineering, approvals support, civil execution, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), finishing and handover — managed under a single accountable team.
Every project includes app-based progress tracking with milestone-wise budgets, daily/weekly site updates, quality reports and a clear, itemised cost breakdown. Payments are milestone-linked and, where applicable, escrow-protected and released only against verified work.
We commit to the timelines agreed in your project schedule, subject to timely client inputs, payments and approvals, and factors beyond our reasonable control. Any delay remedies are as specified in your agreement.
Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager as a single point of contact. You can reach our team by phone, WhatsApp or email during working hours (Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 7 PM) for updates and support.
We provide a structural warranty (typically up to 10 years) as detailed in your agreement, subject to normal use and standard exclusions. Fittings, appliances and third-party products carry their respective manufacturer warranties.
Any change in scope, design or specifications requested after finalisation may affect cost and timeline and will be documented and mutually agreed before execution.
