Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of our website and our construction services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to the Urban Next Development website and any construction or related services you engage from us. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Urban Next Development provides design-to-delivery residential and commercial construction services, including design, engineering, approvals support, execution, MEP and finishing, subject to a signed agreement for each project. The exact scope, specifications and deliverables for your project will be set out in your individual construction agreement, which prevails in case of any conflict with these Terms.

2. Quotes & pricing

All prices, packages and per-sqft rates shown on this website are indicative, apply to the region stated, and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on your plot, design, soil/site conditions, specifications and prevailing material and labour rates, and will be confirmed in a written quotation. Quotations are valid for the period stated on them (typically 15 days). Statutory fees, external development charges and any items expressly excluded are billed separately.

3. Payments

Projects are executed on a milestone-linked payment schedule defined in your agreement. Work on each stage begins after the corresponding payment is received. Where applicable, payments may be held in escrow and released against verified, completed work. All payments are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith and assume timely payments, approvals, decisions and material selections from the client, and are subject to factors beyond our reasonable control (force majeure, weather, statutory delays, site conditions). Any delivery commitments and associated remedies will be as specified in your agreement.

5. Client responsibilities

  • Providing clear, marketable title and lawful possession of the plot.
  • Obtaining, or authorising us to assist with, necessary approvals and sanctions.
  • Timely selections, approvals and payments as per the agreed schedule.
  • Ensuring site access, water and power availability as required for construction.

6. Warranty

We provide a structural warranty as specified in your agreement (typically up to 10 years on structure), subject to normal use and exclusions such as third-party alterations, natural calamities and lack of maintenance. Fittings and appliances carry the respective manufacturer warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any project shall not exceed the amounts paid to us for that project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, drawings, 3D renders, content, logos and materials on this website and prepared for your project remain our intellectual property until full payment, after which project-specific deliverables are licensed to you for your project. You may not reproduce website content without permission.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi NCR.
